Surety Connection Profile

Your Surety Connection Profile allows you to manage your personalized information and preferences that are used in all of the various Surety Connection applications. The profile will include slightly different information and settings depending on whether you are a Contractor, Surety Agent, or Surety Company. Shown below is the profile screen for a contractor.

This section contains basic company info such as name, addresses, etc. It also has a link to request a change to your Surety Broker or Surety Company.
This section contains information about linking to your Surety Connection applications. The bid list connection, project pages, file download, and sub signup URLS can be incorporated into your existing company website. There is also an option to change theme (the color scheme) of your bidlist.

If you are a surety company, you will have an option here to be notified via email of your bonded projects that need your attention. You can set the email address and notification interval.
This section lets you add/edit/delete Surety Connection logins. You must have at least one login, and you can make as many as you want. You can specify whether each login gets the “Classic” bidlist view or the “new” bidlist view. You can also click the “access levels” button to configure just what each login can do with each Surety Connection application.
This section shows you what billing plan you are signed up for, and lets you change it if you wish. It integrates with PayPal when paying options are selected.
